Blacklist, unsubscribe, hard bounce - will they be counted in reporting?

If a lead unsubscribes, hard bounces or is blacklisted and we pull a report of landing page conversions would the beforementioned leads be counted? Or does the report pull only (still) marketable leads

Yes, these records will be counted.
Blacklist, hard bounced, and unsub are email fields and only affect email related reports and email send campaigns automatically.

They are NOT counted for calculating Marketo's fees.

Which report are you talking about? Do they show up as being 'Sent' to? No, they don't.

The landing page performance report.  If a lead converts on a landing page and then either is blacklisted, hard bounces or unsubscribes, will they continue to show as a conversion on the landing page performance report?

I see. Yes, they would. However, you could add a Smart List that filtered out leads in those categories.
