Hi all,

Does anyone have experience with awesome webinar providers that do not require attendees to download the webinar app before joining the webinar? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

what have you looked at already and what didn't work?

look at Launchpoint for those that integrate with marketo.

I am an Account Executive with Marketo helping a prospect with their evaluation. They like GoToWebinar, but are unable to use it because it requires webinar attendees to download an app before they can join and with the industries they market to this is not ideal. I'm having a hard time figuring out which webinar providers on LaunchPoint offer web based without the notification to download an app before joining and wanted to poll our super awesome Community members to see if anyone has run into this before and who y'all recommend.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that finds Launchpoint difficult to navigate/search! ;-)  Anyway, we use On24 and it's completely HTML5-based.  Nothing to download.  They're a bit pricier than the GTW's of the world, but also a good fit for large/global organizations.

BrightTalk does not require a download but does require the lead to have a login to the BrightTalk platform. Although it is free for them. Not sure if it meets all of your requirements or not.

I'll definitely use them in my recommendation and let them know about the login. Thank you!

Also of note, WebEx just launched their HTML5 webinar solution: collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/en-us/n1pxgbz

It's a bit clunky and not maybe as sleek as other solutions, but it's another option

We are currently using ReadyTalk. And one of the reasons we use them is because there isn't the requirement to install anything on the participants side.

Hi all,

We use 'Readytalk' to host our webinars. It easily integrates with the marketo and doesn't require your users to download the app.
