Best way to track PPC leads

I am traying to figure out the best way to track PPC leads in marketo... any ideas?

There are several ways:

single program for each ad or ad group
use url parameters to populate hidden fields on the form. You'll have 1 page and 1 form in your Program. You will only need one Program for all channels.
