Best way to deploy social share toolbars within a CMS environment

We will eventually like to include social shares (via the embed code) on all of our website pages that have shareable content (whitepapers, infographics, videos, etc.).  We're currently migrating our CMS to Sitecore.  The embed code includes both Header code and Body code.  Does anyone know if the Header code is unique for each social share or is it a common piece of code that can be included in all of our page headers?  It's not realistic to have to modify the headers of the individual pages where we want to include the social shares (this would involve hundreds of pages).  Eventually, I would like to see a simpler embed approach - similar to embedding Forms 2.0 on our sites.

You should just use one snippet of JavaScript for ALL headers. In fact you should be able to just apply it on your home page and have it go across ALL pages..

Look into Addthis! It's a great tool to use! There are LOTS of awesome free features and tracking capabilities. And SUPER easy to deploy in the CMS

What I like about this is you can setup various Profiles for White Papers, Email Templates, and other General categories  different buttons and reporting.
