Best resources for developers getting started in Marketo?

We have a front-end developer getting started in Marketo. He will be doing landing page and email templates for us. Our guy has never stepped foot in Marketo before.

What are the best resources to give him a crash course? We need to get him up to speed to produce super-advanced, responsive templates.
