Best practice around HR leads
We get a number of HR leads in our system (people who entered through our careers page, and are interested in our job postings). These people often end up filling out a form to learn more information about us.
What's the best practice for managing these leads?
A couple options I'm considering:

- Tag them as "Unqualified" and leave them as leads
- Convert them and associate them to an HR Pool account
- Ignore them – let the sales reps filter them out (not ideal)
