Benchmarks on Social Metrics?

Does anyone have benchmarks on social metrics, such as the typical percentage of email recipients will forward to a friend?  This would be particularly helpful to build a business case for adopting social features.

Great question Steven.  We're an early adopter of Marketo' Social App, but have been rolling it out very slowly and don't have a good baseline yet.  I hope to have better metrics to share in about 6 months, but hope someone else can share their results before then.
