BCC Reply to Emails- Is that possible?

Hi Everyone!

I currently do not implement a CRM, and I am in the process of sending out follow up emails from the lead owner.  I would love a better way to track when a lead replys to the email, so I was thinking about BCC'ing myself  Is this possible? Or is there another way that I can track the responses?

No you cannot do this with Marketo.

How are you managing the lead owner when you don't have a CRM?

Hi Josh, I do a daily upload from our POS which we have customized to do a couple CRM features that we needed.  For existing customers, their sales reps are imported with the data, and for new/potential leads I assign them in Marketo.
