Hello,

We are working on a series of sales emails that are plain-text and will look like it's coming directly from a salesperson. Right now I have the reply-to set to go directly to the salesperson but I would also like the ability to see the replies myself. Is there a way for me to BCC myself on the email? If so, how?

Unfortunately no. You can set up inbox rules for the salesperson that replies from that specific email are forwarded to yourself.

Are the inbox rules something we can do within MTKO? Or is this something that we'd need to do with Outlook?

In Outlook, Lauren. Replies aren't processed by Marketo.
