Bad Emails

Does anyone have recommendations on what they do with the email addresses that keep getting bounced?  Clearly these emails are not valid as entered or just outdated.  However, there is a chance the information is correct, just the email is wrong.  Do you delete the email from the record or mark it somehow that it is one that keeps bouncing?  Any tips on this issue or other data cleansing tips would be much appreciated!
