Automatically Submit Case From Help Article

I have written suggestions for a couple of Help Articles. Every once in a while, I would get a reply back asking me to submit a case for my suggestion/ question instead. Is it possible automate that so we would not need to write up another ticket with the same information?

Hi Sydney,

Post this as an Idea ;) Perhaps we'll have that convert to Support Case function at some pt.

But why not just copy/paste?

Because it is repetitive to do it every time, Josh...
Thought someone might have a different way. 

Yes, maybe putting it as an idea is better...
