Is there a way to automatically append google analytics tracking to links in emails?

No, unfortunately not right now. Do you have some details around what you'd like to see? This might be a good idea to file in the community as we've been considering doing more in this area.

You can use Premailer to append tracking codes to your links: http://premailer.dialect.ca/

@Erik, I would like to be able to "select" domain(s) that I would like to append GA to as well as a set "source" "medium" and then dynamically pull in the campaign name.
