Automated Voicemails - Boxpilot or bette?

Is anyone out there using Automated Voicemails in their workflows? We are considering using them for event reminders as recommended in Marketo Definitive Guide to Event Marketing.

Has anyone used voicemails and seen a positive ROI?

The guide mentions Boxpilot as the vendor for the automated voicemails ... does anyone have any experience with them?
