We have this happen twice now, or at least I have found it twice.

We have a lead that predates Marketo.  The person finally fills out a form; the system merges the anonymous tracking lead and merges into the existing known lead.   It then adds the anonymous ‘Lead Score’ points to the existing known lead.  The issue is it ‘Null’ the ‘Behavior Score’ at the sometime.

How do prevent the Behavior score from being 'Null'ed?

Is the behavior score field a proper score field?

yes, it is a Score field.  It was part of the imported scoring package
