Automate Internal Requests

Does anyone have experience setting up automation for internal processes using Marketo forms and landing pages?  I'd like to be able to automate business card order requests.  Right now requestors need to fill in a spreadsheet and marketing sends that spread shee to the printer.

Is there anyway to create a form they can fill out that will populate a spreadsheet to be sent to the printer?

It won't populate a spreadsheet, but you can have all fields filled in in an alert email. If you were to insert a table into that alert email, it could appear in a spreadsheet format.

Just make sure if you're using your database for internal uses only, you create a segmentation or some sort of filter unless you want them to be included in your ROI for reporting.

Another method would be to create a report based on the form you are using to collect business card requests.  Include all the relevant fields you need to populate your business cards via your form.  Then set up a report in Analytics that shows everyone who submitted your Business Card Form during a given period (weekly?).  You can then subscribe all relevant parties to the report so they'll automatically get the latest submissions each week.
