Autofill Forms on Non-Marketo Landing Pages

I am looking to use a Markto Form on a non-marketo landing page and have the form auto populate with the user's information if they have already clicked an email or visited a previous site.  

Is this possible?  

I tried using tokens as the Initial Value in the form field, and that worked on the preview page in marketo but not on my landing page.  Is there something I am missing or is this not availalbe in Marketo? 

Any help is appreciated.

Lesley,

This is one of the known caviats of not using a Marketo landing page with your forms, the alternative would be using iframes instead if prepopulation is desired on an non-marketo page.
