Auto Capping of registrants!

Hi all,

I'm sending an invite to 600 odd people but I can only accept 8 registrants to this event. Is there a way to automatically set a limit i.e, once the 8th person registers can the other registrants (if any) to be directed to a contact us landing page.

Please advise and thanks in advance.

No, there is not.


You could send yourself a Sales Alert and then go in to change the settings after 8 people. You can also use the Event status of 'Wait Listed" to just wait list everyone and turn it off at any point.

There are several threads on solutions to this question, but most are complex.
