Attachment to a Marketo Form

I am trying to set up a Marketo form and have a way for customers to attach a doc to the form. It is for a job site, so people would fill in their information and then attach their resume? Can they add their resume somehow?

Suggestions?

There isn't a Marketo supported way to do this. @Sanford Whiteman has created a way and links in the thread linked below. UploadCare (also his recommendation), is likely your best bet. Either way, check out this thread for his comments.
