Assigning Leads to a Lead Owner

In connecting our CRM to Marketo, I am having difficulty updating the "Lead Owner First Name" "Lead Owner Last Name" and "Account Owner First Name" and "Account Owner Last Name".

What are the options to update these fields? And are there best practices associated with this process? Thank you in advance!

Hi Jackie, are you using SFDC?

If so, I believe those fields are lookups from the Lead/Account object to the Owner object, so you'd update the info there.

Based on your profile, I see you're using SugarCRM. Hopefully someone else who uses that will chime in!
