Assigning Leads by Time Created

I want to assign leads that come in after business hours to certain Sales person. From my reasearch, I should set up a Smartlist. Is the example below correct?

 

Smart Campaign

Smartlist: If time created is 6:00pm - 7:59am EDT then

Flow: send alert to Sales Person email

Run: Daily at 6pm

How do you have your CRM set up for new new leads?
Do they go into queues or automatically assigned to a sales rep?

If your CRM is set up to assign to a rep, then using your above flow will work (if using Lead Owner on alert flow step).

Right now, It is automatically assigned by a flow step in Marketo.
