Assign lead owner doesn't work?

None of my campaigns seem to be able to change the lead owner. I have tried using Salesforce >> Change owner... as well as Salesforce >> Sync to SDFC all with no luck. After clicking change owner it queues the activity and shortly thereafter marks it as complete. Once I refresh the screen however there is still no change. I have also noticed that afterwards if I sent an alert to a salesguy, no one gets it. I CC'd myself to see what name the alert would use and it used the default in the location where I had a token (Lead Owner Name).

What is going on here? I have a few campaigns that are meant to assign leads to owners and none of them appear to be functioning. Scoring and qualifying leads in Marketo is all useless if a salesguy doesn't get notified. Anyone have any ideas?

After you run the Sync to SFDC and the action says it is completed, what do you see when you click See Results?

That was it! I didn't realize I could see the problem in there. I was missing the company name information in the lead fields! Corrected it and it worked perfectly.
