If I cancel my Marketo subscription, what will happen to the Marketo Landing Page URLs I created? If I set up redirect pages, will the redirect work?

No, those settings are all in your instance. You should not expect anything to persist if you're not paying.

If you point your (formerly) Marketo LP domain to another server, naturally you can intercept those requests and send them anywhere you want.
