Are you finding RCE & Analytics Slow

Is anyone else finding Marketo Revenue Cycle Explorer and reports in Analytics really slow?  We are finding it takes an age for Marketo to build our reports. Also, because of the size of our database, we also find Smart Lists are also very slow to load. We heard there was going to be improvements made to the speed of the Smart Lists, but we have not noticed any increase in speed. Is anyone else experiencing these problems?

I'd be interested to know as well if these improvements were rolled out.

Hi Debbie! Yes, it is extremely slow for us as well. Would be great to know when they will solve this.

Great question.  We find that some reports can take hours to build.  This is really not productive and surprising that it occurs.  Certainly not best in class.

I started a report at 7:50 this morning and by 8:30 it was still running so I had to kill the browser tab.
