Are you experiencing empty picklists in "source" and "reason" constraints for "Data Value Changed filter" and "Data Value Changes" filter ?

Dear all,

When using the "Data Value Changed" filter and the "Data Value Changes" trigger, when I want to use the Source or Reason constraints, the drop lists are empty and if I try to start typing something, no shortened lists appears.

Is this the same for you ?

Greg, what Attribute are you using? Although, I've tried several attributes and am experiencing the same - no values available in the Source or Reason constraints.

Same for me, whatever the attribute, the list coms empty...

Hi Iryna,

No, the problem is gone, but comes back from times to times, randomly. Seems more a performance issue than anything else.

Starting to experience this again after some on-and-off on smaller instances, which is quite annoying--I don't remember the exact phrasing used for Salesforce, for instance, so I'm stuck doing "Reason contains salesforce, sfdc, a cloud?" :/

I'm honestly surprised the values aren't hardcoded; I seem to remember they were in the past independent of whatever CRM was connected.
