Archiving Local Asset Only

I have a question .. can we archive local assets without archiving the main program?

Actually I have created a program for webinars. I have created Emails as assets and smart campaigns for blasting mails. I created an archive folder to keep the emails only. But when I am dragging the emails ( even after unapproving it ) they are not going to the archive folder. However, I can archive smart campaigns without archiving the program.

yes you can do this by setting the local folder to Archive Folder. people do this all the time.
