When you archive a program but don't make it inactive, is there any negative consequences?

Hi Jaime,

This would really depend on what is a negative consequence for you. If not being able to see assets in auto suggest is a negative consequence, then, yes, converting a folder to archived folder results in negative consequence. Here's a list of what all is affected by archived folders.

Alok,
What if a lead qualifies for a Smart Campaign that has been archived? Will it run through the archived program?

Will archiving an active campaign deactive it? Or is it just moving it to a different location and the archive folder is superficial?

Hi Jaime,

If a lead qualifies for a smart campaign, it will still run. Archiving a folder doesn't deactivate the smart campaign. Archived asset are not deactivated, and archived asset will continue to work.
