Approving Template error

One or more mktEditable sections have errors. Make sure you have at least one and that they all have valid IDs

This is coming up now for code that worked in several other emails. i cannot create a new email until this is fixed.

All mktEditable sections should have a unique id.  We use this to map the images/text that you put in the section in the editor

How can you make sure they have a unique id? Where do we change or edit that?
