Approving an Email Template with Validation Warning

I made a template and it's rendering a few warnings. I don’t want to fix them because of some issues that will happen in other browsers if I change it. 

Is there a way around this? I want to use this template but It's not letting me approve it unless I change a few things I really don't want to change. 

Is there any way around this?

Various Errors in the HTML one was one of my redirects because it had a "&" in it. Another was because of my inline css for padding. It a bunch of little things that I really dont want to change. 

They're not errors it's just warnings
