Approving an Email Template that is being used by an email

Are there any potential issues with approving a draft of a template that is being used on existing emails? I'm unsure if approving the template draft will affect emails that have used the previous version of the template.

Depends - what did you change? It will put any emails using that template into draft mode so you can review them before approving the new version. If you just made changes within an editable section but kept the name of the section (the div ID) the same, there won't be any impact on the old emails themselves. If you changed the name of an ID, the email drafts will have overwritten the content in that editable section.

Thanks! They were only changes to the styling and not to any editable sections so I should be ok.
