Hi,

I have a form that collects data for a demo request. On this form I want a self serve option, if the contact chooses to do so, to pick an available time when they want to view a demo.

Do you know if there is anything that will do this for me?

I might need more information but what you can do is assign your time field as a select field in the form. Then add all of the available times manually.

Hi James,

Thanks for responding. Basically I am looking for a functionality where off our form, a contact can choose an available time when they can attend a demo. Hopefully this app will be synced with general outlook/gmail calendar to view all times available. Kinda of like when you get an email from any sales agent to book a meeting with him based off their availability of their calendar. Does this help?

Yes, so you can do this in the form. Just highlight the field in the forms editor then go to 'field type' under properties. From there pick the 'select' type and edit your values below.

You can then make the email dynamic with the correct ICS file attached: Include a Calendar Event (.ics) in an Email - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

Hi Kara,

Have not really decided yet. For now we are just creating Marketo landing page and letting them pick a date from a drop down list to book them for an appointment.
