Does anyone know what API-only Role permissions are needed to support REST api access to Asset Objects?

New release has increased to 13 permissions from 8.
Unfortunately we can not add new permisions to exist roles.

Hi Lyndon,

You'll need to create a new role to have the new Asset permissions populated and then apply it to your API user.

Can the new role be applied to any existing user having other roles as well? Or does it only need to be added to a new user? What are the PROS & Cons for the two approaches?

This point is moot, as the behavior was updated in June to allow addition of new permissions to existing roles.

Hi Kenny, does that mean we can't add the proper permissions to the existing role? And where are the "Asset" permissions" granted within the Marketo Admin GUI?
