API Form: Assigning A Lead Owner

Generally speaking Marketo Refers to "Lead Owners" as "Sales Lead Owners" SFDC Refers to them as "Users" (inside of marketo). If i'm Using the API for a form submission, is there a way to prepoulate who the SFDC owner/user is using the SFDC Lead Owner Id?

I'm looking through the Marketo API documentation and there doesn't appear to be an API field for Sales Lead Owner which is the field you'd set in a smart campaign inside Marketo to achieve the same result.
