Anyone having problems publishing a Facebook Tab?

In all the help articles I've read they say that the Log into Facebook button in the first step of publishing should allow you to log in, but nothing happens when I click the button. I've also tried downloading various Marketo tab publisher apps on Facebook, but all give the same 403 Error message. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

Hi Nicki

I just tried publishing a Facebook page at my end and it was working fine. Could you check whether there's some kind of pop up blocker in the browser, or any restrictions to publish a page(if any) in Facebook page's privacy settings?

We are having problems publishing to Facebook tab too. We publish a new page every Friday so it usually works. Today we are not seeing the tab to publish to in drop down.
