As a new user, there are so many steps and considerations to pre-plan for I was hoping someone had a suggestion for a cheat-sheet or checklist to make sure we have everything covered before starting to program.

Yes, there is a Marketo Campaign Checklist which you can download. Just do a search.

I also created a few of my own:

Mike,

Not sure there are any "cheat sheets" for programs, although I know that Marketo has some pre-design programs that you can import (I downloaded one out of curiousity but did not find it to be terribly helpful, but by all means take a look for yourself.)

But it all depends on what kind of program you're trying to launch. Provide some more detail and I'll be happy to give some advice.

In addition to what has been said above, I set up a template that we clone each time we set up a, say, webinar program. Any changes (i.e. to scoring, flow) happen in that template, and it helps keep things very consistent. It also helps with organization and making sure all the proper steps are taken each time
