Anyone experiencing issues with HTML/email editor - unable to edit links?

All of a sudden, it's no longer possible to edit existing links within the HTML editor.  When clicking on an existing link and then the "edit link" icon in the toolbar, this is what we see:

Anyone experiencing this?  We've opened up a ticket with Support.

Hi Dan,

Just ran a test, and it worked fine.

I have observed this in the past when the <a> tag was no set on the whole test I was selecting. Give a look to the html.

Thanks for checking.  This is very odd as this example is an image (no text).  But I also tried regular text.  Still no luck.  We'll see what Support says.
