Yep, I've been experiencing sluggishness all morning with everything except RCA.

Marketo has this message posted on the support page:

  Alerts: P1 ALERT - Email Delays
We are presently experiencing an issue with emails being delivered. Our Production Operations team is actively working on the issue and we will provide updates as they are received.

Same issue..sent out a 10:30am CST email and it still hasn't been delivered

Ugh yes.  Same issue here.  A broadcast was sent at 11 am this morning and it's stuck at sent, none delivered yet.

The P1 alert from Marketo seems to have been updated to show problem solved. Not sure when that update was made but have a send from 2:30pm EST that still is only showing 0.5% delivered w/ all others in te dreaded "pending" stage.
