Hi Patty- We are not aware of any issues with our phones.  I will enter a case and have a Support Engineer reach out.

I just waited on hold for 10 minutes before giving up. I'd say there is an issue :)

Grant- I am having IT check on the phone system now.  I'll enter a case for you as well.

I have verified that the Support phone lines are working and customers are getting through.  It may be possible that all the Support Engineers were engaged with customers causing a call queue.

The Marketo Support team does our best to answer all customer calls live, unfortunately there are times with heavy call volume.  You can also submit your case on the Support page in the Community.
