Anyone else having trouble cloning streams all of a sudden?

I thought I was going crazy, but I've checked many times and for some reason clone a stream is no longer appearing as an option in any of my engagement programs...

Here's a screen shot: What am I missing here?

Did you recently downgrade your package?  Can you tell me which package you have?
