Anyone else having issues with Email program A/B tests?

All morning I've been trying to set up an A/B test in an email program and the loading screen just sits there. I've signed out and in and tried both Chrome and Firefox but nothing's working. Anyone else seeing this too?

I was just able to set one up in Chrome, as well as Firefox. It's probably a goofy idea, but maybe restart your computer?
