Anyone else having issues sending test emails?

If I try to send a Sample from the tree (right click on email in menu tree, then "Send Sample Email"), it does not seem to send.  If I try to send a Sample from the "Edit Draft" mode - it also does not come through.  However, if I send a sample from the Email Preview mode, it comes through just fine... 

Is anyone else having this issue?  Wanted to see if it was just me and I needed to explore on my side before submitting a support ticket.

Anyone have this resolved at any point? I'm still not able to receive Sample Emails from the preview mode or the edit draft mode.
