Any way to see how many people use text-only emails?

Is there any way to determine how many people on our email lists prefer text-only emails? 

Our HTML template makes it difficult to update/optimize text-only emails; it takes about half an hour to really perfect a text-only email each time I create a new email. 

Is there a way to know how many people really view these emails? I know text-only emails are important, but I wonder how many people really see them. 

How do you deal with text-only emails?

Hi Leigh,
not with the normal Marketo functions.

What I would suggest: Create two different landing pages for highly transactional emails. (For example: Here is your link for the Whitepaper you requested) Next step: Wait for a high enough sample size. That would help you in your decision.
