Is there any way to redirect non-Marketo url to a Marketo landing page in Marketo?

Sure, you can redirect any URL to Marketo, as long as the original destination server has a redirect in place!

Preferably, this would be done with a server-side redirect, so there doesn't need to be an LP at the original site. But if necessary, a JS redirect could also be used (i.e. create a dummy LP that redirects to the actual Marketo LP).

That means I still need to do redirect at the original destination server...

The person who's responsible for that is OOO.  So, I'm trying to see any way we can do that just in Marketo.

You can't do anything in Marketo if the hostname doesn't even point to Marketo.
