Hi again,

I would probably just create a smart campaign with an 'Opens email" trigger and an alert flow step.

Pay attention, though, there are a lot of "false negative" on "opens emails" triggers, because it is based on the download of a 1-pixel tracking image. So it only works if the leads downloads images.
