Any SnapApp users?

We're considering purchasing SnapApp for use within our integrated Marketing mix. I know the application has direct integration with Marketo, and I'm just wondering if anyone out there has any experience with the app and its integration. Any insights you can share will be appreciated!

I haven't used them but I've heard good things. What pain point are you hoping they'll alleviate?
