Any best practices for creating households in SF and using them in Marketo campaigns?

We are ready to create households in SF.  I am looking for any best practices in doing this while considering Marketo function.  Are their things to watch for, better ways to set this up, things to avoid?

Hi Karen,

What do you mean by Households ? There is surely nothing such as households in Salesforce standard data schema
