Any advice on tools that enable customers to co-brand collateral?

I have an online Partner Portal that harbors sales and marketing resources for our Partners.  I am looking for a tool that will allow my partners to take a case study or other piece of collateral and co-brand it, right on the portal.  Does anyone know of a vendor/tool that has this capability? I am working on a Magentrix platform.
