I can't create smart lists with anonymous user. What is a solution to get anonymous user data from Marketo?

I need to take it out of Marketo so other products in my Marketing stack can use it. Anyone have a script?

Have a look at this thread: Removal of "Is Anonymous" filters.

While you can still run some limited reports on anonymous users (web page activity, company web activity),  the ability to much with it is very limited.  You certainly can't use the API for this as that requires LeadID (and only known users have LeadIDs).
