Anonymous and Existing Leads
At the moment our website uses custom forms. We can track leads after they submit a form. The issue is as follows.
If i come to the site as an anonymous user and then fill out the form you would expect that the anonymous lead would convert to a known lead and with it would come its activity.
The issue is that the activity is not coming with the lead. Infact after submission the lead id is different indicating that actually its not undating the anonymous lead to known but creating a brand new lead.
I really need someone to help out here. Is there anyone that knows what i am doing wrong.
We are using c#, .Net for our wesite.
