Animated GIFs

I am working on incorporating some subtle animated gifs into some of our messaging.  They seem to work fine in the preview stage.  However, when I send samples to myself, the animation does not display in my Outlook.  I've tested them via other email addresses and was able to access on my mobile device.  They just do not come through via Outlook.

Any ideas?  Thanks!
