And/Or Choices within Flow filters

When using a flow filter, for example "add to list" we can 'add choice'.  You can add multiple choices on the filter for multiple actions, but  it only allows for one choice to be added per action.   It would be great if you could add multiple choices for one outcome, for example:

If visited webpage is X

AND

If UTM source is X

Then  Add to list X
